我是蔡孟書，生長於傳統家庭，父母非常重視我的人格養成及教育，所以在求學過程一路栽培我並讓我接受最好教育。大學畢業後，曾在嘉義基督教醫院及署立彰化醫院擔任臨床物理治療師，期間有感於專業知識還要再精進，因此繼續接受台大物理治療所碩士進修，也才有機會進入仁德服務。
    在仁德教書期間除了授課，同時也擔任導師，有機會輔導學生，與學生一同學習一同成長，也奠定我繼續教書的意願。為了帶給學生更多專業知識與技能，也希望維持研究能量，所以目前仍在台大物理治療所博士班進修中。
    目前我擔任5R403導師，希望可以帶領這班學生順利畢業，升學並考上執照。我對自己未來的期望，除了教導學生專業知識外，同時也要可以進行物理治療專業研究。

    My name is Tsai Meng-Shu. I grew up in a traditional family. My parents focused on my education and the development of my personality. The many things that I learned from them are important to me. 
    The education I received in physical therapy at Kaohusiung Medical College was enlightening. I learnt about what was required to become a professional physical therapist and the ethics involved in it. After graduating from college, I worked as a physical therapist in the Departmente Medical Foundation at Chia-Yi Christian Hospital and the Department of Health Executive at Chang-Hua Hospital. I regard professional expertise and knowledge important in a clinical situation. I decided to study the masters program in physical therapy at National Taiwan University, and I majored in cardiopulmonary physical therapy, which I find interesting. After completing the masters program, I worked at Jente-Teh Jen-Teh Junior College of Medicine, Nursing and Management. 
    My research interests lie in investigating the effects of exercise training on cardiovascular diseases and cancer cachexia, and to understand the underlying mechanisms. I am also interested in the promotion of good health in childhood and adolescence. I hope to focus on teaching and research in the future.
