我生長在苗栗縣造橋鄉的一個純樸的大西村，父親與母親皆為工廠內的小員工，含辛茹苦的拉拔我們三兄弟，她們的辛苦，是永遠烙印在我的心中，更使我知道，天下沒有白吃的午餐，從國小、國中、高中、三專、大學及碩士畢業，我多是戰戰兢兢的努力學習與練習，才能於軟式網球界，撐起一片天，當然這些都要感謝我的父母及我的教練們以及我的隊友們。目前我已成家，我有一位最好的賢內助，她的體貼與包容，是我的幸福，目前我有三個寶貝(二女一男)，家住苗栗縣竹南鎮，我亦於此置產，組成一個美滿的小家庭。   
     體育教育及教練工作是我目前的最愛，從事體育教育及教練工作已有二十幾年，與學生和選手在一起的時間，已佔據了我大部分之生活，但我無悔，而且是我的樂趣與成就。想起剛進入球隊之初，教練的訓練與團隊生活，有感恩、有苦、有樂及滿滿的成就與收穫。更是驅動我從事我目前最熱愛之體育教學與網球教學。我的專長：網球、游泳、羽球、拔河。
    在過去的學習過程裡，從國小的啟蒙教育開始，網球學習既已佔據我生命裡的大部份，因為它帶給我許許多多的樂趣與成就，在過往之學習路程裡，台灣體專及文化大學之老師們更是教導我更多的有關體育專業知識，更讓我在體育教育及訓練領域裡更加成長與茁壯，乃至於國外進修時的教授們，感謝於她們之付出。當然我也更希望於未來的日子裡，我能貢獻所學於學校或社會裡。

    I grew up in Miaoli County, made a simple Da Xiang Nishimura, My plrants are all factory employees of a small, devoted themselves to the drawing we three brothers, their hard work is always imprinted in my mind, more so I know , there is no free lunch fore my life, from elementary, middle and high schools, three special, college and master's degree, I was more cautious efforts to learn and practice in order to soft tennis, hold up one day, of course, these must be I thank my parents and my coaches and my teammates. Currently I have become family, I have a good wife the best, her thoughtful and inclusive, is my happiness, now I have three baby (two girl and one boy), I lives in Chunan, Miaoli County town, I set this production, composed of a happy nuclear family.
    Physical education and coaching are my current favorites, in physical education and coaching for more than Twenty years, together with students and athletes the time, has occupied most of my life, but I have no regrets, but I fun and success. Just remember to enter the team at the beginning, life coach training with the team, Thanksgiving, bitter, have fun and full of achievements and gains. It is driving me in my most love of teaching physical education and teach tennis.My expertise: tennis, swimming, badminton, tug of war

    體育運動是我從小最愛的事情，在此我獲得成就。對於體育運動教學，我亦將它列為我一生的志業，對它、對我我都有其期許。對於我的學生，亦期望經過我的教導，能獲的知識、技巧與終生學習。因而我的教育理念乃是關心、耐心及服務心。
關心—關心我的學生健康及學習狀況，以及我的教學技巧的變化。
耐心—耐心對待學生得學習成長及學習回饋，以期許能有教無類。
服務心—多輔導學生，多參與學生活動。
    以此三心，陪伴學生成長，養成學生注重健康及終生運動之習慣。
並其我自許能有三好:說好話、存好心、做好事。
